I love smart enabled appliances. Just got this delivered this morning and washed two loads seems to be a good washer but this is day one and only two loads of laundry testing so time will tell. So far I’m impressed please follow instructions and don’t overload your washer and there is a maintenance, care , and service reminder if you use the app also looks like it also troubleshoots for you and gives recommendations on solving your problems hopefully I will never have to use this but glad it’s there if needed so far so good LG Mike I love smart enabled appliances. We really enjoy our LG refrigerator it keeps food cold and fresher much longer while maintaining the temperature very well. The freezer and ice maker work great. Only one small recommendation and that would be for the freezer to have three drawers instead of two as frozen foods tend to get stacked upon each other making it harder to find items or forget what’s hidden underneath. All in all very easy to use and to clean. The inside temperature controls work nicely and I like that the door chimes if left opened for a long time. Lastly I love the phone app as we can monitor the status of from anywhere or even change to temperatures or ice settings.
