I have struggled with strength and physical recovery after a stroke in 2020. Since using Lazy fit I am able to move better. I am regaining strength in my affected arm and leg. I sneeze without accident. I walk upstairs without so much pause and hanging on. Knees are beginning to go downstairs better. Pulling in and up on guts and butts feels great inside up to me solar plexus. One month. Wooppee. Sometimes i actually like doing it. Lazy Fit helps me I sneeze without accident. I decide to try the app , it is a good workout and I can decide if I want to do it once , twice or three times . It is a short workout but great for core exercises!
