Frustrating to shop with no actual consistent pictures of products. Very difficult to quick shop as the app is designed to do. Looking for improvements with the updates, but since last week update (11/2025) still no fix and still no pictures load. For context, I have a IPhone 16, with the newer IOS. The coupons are a nightmare. The physical coupons never actually work and the digital coupons are a job to search through. They should allow physical coupons to be scanned using our phone's camera or uploaded using the photo gallery. And they should offer price matching with in-store and online prices. I like the Kroger app better than most other (brick and mortar) grocery store apps. There are some online grocery apps I like better but that’s not a totally fair comparison. I give 5 stars because this app is better than the comparable competitors. Improvements I would like to see: - the ability to “clip all” coupons instead of having to take the time to clip one at a time; - when looking at products on sale, the ability to see how long the sale lasts. When in store you can see the sale end date on the shelf tag, but not in the app; - regarding coupon filters, keep the users previously selected filter settings. It’s time consuming to have to go back into filter settings and reset to user preference every time new coupons are implemented by Kroger.
