I like the Kroger app better than most other (brick and mortar) grocery store apps. There are some online grocery apps I like better but that’s not a totally fair comparison. I give 5 stars because this app is better than the comparable competitors. Improvements I would like to see: - the ability to “clip all” coupons instead of having to take the time to clip one at a time; - when looking at products on sale, the ability to see how long the sale lasts. When in store you can see the sale end date on the shelf tag, but not in the app; - regarding coupon filters, keep the users previously selected filter settings. It’s time consuming to have to go back into filter settings and reset to user preference every time new coupons are implemented by Kroger. I love the app and 99% of the team at my local Kroger! If there are any issues with anything the store associates and/or the customer service team always makes things right. The only things I’d change about the app is being able to more easily toggle on/off store mode, and occasional bugs with QR Codes for weekly digital deals. Otherwise, the app is very easy to use.
