Kroger: Grocery Savings

I love being able to download coupons to use. There have been a few times I didn’t get the discount of the coupon at the store but it’s an easy fix at Customer Service. I hope the fix helps when looking at coupons for instance if looking at a coupon for soda in participating items it might show toilet paper Love my Kroger App I love being able to download coupons to use. Why so many updates? It seems every time I’m at self checkout and use the app to bring up my Plus Card code, the page freezes until I update. This is not convenient when your at a register with a line behind you impatiently waiting. This is happening too much . Again today same thing! This whole app needs major improvement. Also get those self checkout registers fixed. They also are constantly freezing which results in the help employee to constantly run back and forth between customers. So frustrating! Still present issues: - In the shopping list, produce items show up under several different produce table numbers, and not listed together. Some items are listed under “Grocery” instead of their proper category. - The item checkboxes on the shopping list are difficult to tap without missing. Increase the checkbox size, or at least the size of the touch target.
