My default payment method is Apple Account. And I have 5$ on it. But I can’t buy 330 credits which cost 5$ - I get a message about insufficient remaining store credit. I paid for a subscription and they gladly took my money. However, when I login it does not recognize that I have paid for a subscription. So I can’t use it. Emailed customer support. Please fix the generation time, I remember 2 weeks ago it was only take about 3-5 minutes for a generation, now you have to wait 3-10 hours for a 5 second video. And if it messes up, too bad, you just lost 60 credits and waited 6 hours for nothing. And one time it said “Wait time: 3 hours”, and it took 2 DAYS to fully generate, and the video didn’t have anything to do with the prompt I typed. Please fix the app to make it usable.
