I won’t complain too much because I know they’re trying to protect my medical information but jeez. To login I did Face ID, phone number, phone number confirmation code, email confirmation code, then my full birthday. Every time! And checking “remember device for 30 days” does nothing in my experience. So I will say this is super secure but it’s also a bit of a hassle. Irritating, but secure I won’t complain too much because I know they’re trying to protect my medical information but jeez. It doesn’t remember this device for 30 days. It doesn’t even remember it for 30 minutes. I understand it’s for patient privacy but I hate sending myself a code and then putting in my birthday to respond to a message I just received after I closed out of the app ten minutes ago.
