Update: After working with the customer service lead, they were able to fix the issue and award me the money for the challenges and inconvenience. They said using an Apple private relay email can affect tracking and suggested I not use one for the challenges. They were also able to change my account email address. Original issue: I downloaded to try to earn money for the game challenges. For a specific game I completed the first challenge, worth $20, and was awarded that in my profile. I completed the second challenge, worth $60, the day it was due but the app told me I ran out of time and therefore I wasn’t compensated. Twice I tried to use the in-app support to try to get the issue fixed. I wrote and sent screenshots, but I haven’t received any communication regarding fixing the problem.
