I played this jigsaw puzzle app for years and had many points stored, favorite puzzle saved, had made purchases, etc. But I lost it all in a recent phone upgrade. I had little hope that vendor could help, but they did! After a brief conversation back-and-forth, all my points were restored and my categories available. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend EasyBrain apps and thank their excellent customer service! I’ve been solving these puzzles for probably over a year. Every daily puzzle is a challenge. I love the fact that I don’t have to do the daily puzzle in order to access the other puzzles. I enjoy randomly going through the categories and choosing. Something I never thought I would enjoy is the option to break one puzzle down into quadrants. As I increase the number of pieces, it can be overwhelming, so I enjoy breaking down the whole puzzle into quarters and solving it but by bit. Finally, I just really I enjoy sitting g down with my evening tea and working through a puzzle. A tiny sense of satisfaction in a world that can be a little chaotic. Thank you!!
