Jigsaw Puzzles: PUZZLE GAMES

I really love this app. I love doing puzzles. There’s a lot of fun and pretty puzzles. Just within the recent few days (had this app for some months now) something happened and now it’s not saving my progress. I was 30% done with one puzzle and the app glitched. And it kept crashing. So, I tried restarting my iPad to see if that works. I opened the app and it shows that I’m only 1% done. My whole progress was gone. Same thing just happened to me last night. I got the whole edge and some clusters done. The next day, all progress was gone and nothing done in the puzzle. There’s a lot of ads for the free version but it doesn’t bother me. I just want to do puzzles and not lose my progress and have to start over 😭 Love this app, but some recent issues I really love this app. I love doing puzzles. I really enjoy the puzzles, I wish when I buy a collection, it would move to the top so that I don’t have to scroll down over and over to start each one of the individual puzzles. I played this jigsaw puzzle app for years and had many points stored, favorite puzzle saved, had made purchases, etc. But I lost it all in a recent phone upgrade. I had little hope that vendor could help, but they did! After a brief conversation back-and-forth, all my points were restored and my categories available. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend EasyBrain apps and thank their excellent customer service!
