I have no complaint about the application. It’s wonderful and convenient. The business idea itself is wonderful. I work with pleasure. But there are a couple of points. The first is support. Employees are very slow, which is why my rating suffers. Customers wait longer than they should have their order. Some support agents simply close the chat without solving the problem. This creates the impression that the company does not care about shoppers. The second is the question of an always active camera that shoots constantly, not only at the time of order. I can see everything that happens around me in my phone. How legal do you think it is? What law do you follow? You have no right to follow me through the camera when I am not on order. Sometimes I leave the app on just to see how it is working and what times of day orders show up. Looks like it’ll be a great part-time job for me since I have a lot of experience with supermarkets in my former career now that I’m retired including accounting, warehousing, and planning departments for our stores as well as merchandising. Is ok but sometimes is a fraud when we drop the order and customer report a damaged or missing item, and now we can’t dispute and we have to wait 90 days for remove this issue.
