So far I’ve been using them for about three months and I’ve only had a couple issues that were resolved in a decent amount of time and they do get back to you and it’s very easy to use as long as you follow all the instructions. Very convenient to have in the city. Especially to have as a good date or to get somewhere quickly. Personally, I prefer to get some exercise using an unpowered bike. But electric bikes are the majority of bikes available. More non-electric bikes please Personally, I prefer to get some exercise using an unpowered bike. But electric bikes are the majority of bikes available.
Love the bike system, and it’s very useful without many issues. I wish there were fewer electric bikes relative to the number of normal ones- sometimes there are only 10 electric bikes at a station and no normal ones, and I don’t want to pay the additional fee required to use an electric one.
