I’ve been playing Mighty Horns for a couple weeks now, and it’s one of those games that feels charmingly rough around the edges. You play as a horned creature navigating through vibrant, hand-drawn environments—each level introduces new obstacles and light puzzles. The controls are straightforward: tap to jump, swipe to charge. It’s easy to pick up, which is great for short sessions during a commute or waiting in line. Where the game really stands out is its art direction. The levels have this storybook feel, almost like a mobile version of a indie platformer you’d play on console. That said, the difficulty can feel inconsistent—some levels are a breeze, while others have timing-based challenges that might take a few tries. I also noticed occasional frame rate dips on older devices, though it ran smoothly on my iPhone 12. Mighty Horns doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but it’s a pleasant distraction if you enjoy casual adventure games.
