Love that you don’t drag patients. This game has features I really like. Finished all the hospitals. The endless game is boring, too slow. Like others have said. We should be able to revisit old levels to get a better rhythm and upgrades cost too much you don’t make enough coin per level to get upgrades even with ads. As others have stated it’s impossible to progress in the game without spending a small fortune. Trust and believe folks ain’t spending money on these games anymore it went from $1.99 to $10 +. When i play a level, and need to make upgrades, i dont always get that coins from the previous level, i always miss out on like 1000 coins.. very frustrating. the game is very addictive tho!
