We should be able to revisit old levels to get a better rhythm and upgrades cost too much you don’t make enough coin per level to get upgrades even with ads. As others have stated it’s impossible to progress in the game without spending a small fortune. Trust and believe folks ain’t spending money on these games anymore it went from $1.99 to $10 +. Love this game not to hard but still challenging. However I have to wait for a week or so to have new levels to load. I am stuck playing endless levels on previous levels until it’s almost boring. When I had time to kill I played. Apparently I had too much time to kill lately and I played all of the levels that were available. Now all I can do is play the endless mode. And I’ve gotten bored. How w long will t be until new hospitals/levels are available? I want to keep playing but you’ll lose me if I don’t see something new. Really enjoyed it When I had time to kill I played.
