The UI on this app was always one of the best, but the recent update which is a total overhaul is truly insane. Weeks later I’m still finding cool new charts and predictors. This is without a doubt post-update the best weather app PERIOD! And we haven’t even experienced the paid version yet, because the free features are so rich and well laid out. I want to personally thank the developers because you can see how much time was put in both on the concept and on the UI. This is a truly intelligent weather station app. The Weather G.O.A.T. Hello Weather can give me what I need to know without needing to be a meteorologist to figure it out. Anything from quick for the afternoon to in depth future info. I love the colors and design. Finally a beautifully designed weather app that uses the Weather Channel API. Love all the updates as well. I’d love CarPlay support as well as Dynamic Island support! Love this! I didn’t want to replace my weather app (DS) but had to. Hello Weather has a really nice interface, and I liked the idea that I could pick the source. There’s a bonus thing it can show, which I want set to humidity, but the app just will not keep that selection. Update July 2025 (new design) I bumped my rating to five stars after using it for several years. I’ve left the initial review in place. (The bonus selection not sticking I mentioned originally was fixed at some point, or fixed itself.) Software redesigns are always a mixed bag but this one is fantastic. The UI is easily customized, which I appreciate, and lets me mix some of the old elements with the new ones.
