Some of the insurance companies I have had have not had apps for their insurance or benefits, and you wind up having to call them and getting stuck on the phone forever. Humana’s apps are very easy to use and make it so much simpler to know exactly what you still have coming to you. Highly recommend! I’m so amazed as to how difficult ordering from one of your stores (it begins with a W). I ordered 3 items. This was my 2nd time shopping on the app. When I was checking out and paying online through your app, I noticed my money amount (funds I had earned per the app), wasn’t available for me to use. Twice I went back through your app to try to pay online at the store listed and linked to your app (the one that began with a W, named Walmart. I think there needs to be more direction or improvement on how to order from the stores online while using your app. Show and state more about how to pay with the online merchants using the funds earned showing in your app. I will keep using your app, because I noticed other ways to order using your app. Also, improve instructions about how to go to a local store to use the funds with the barcode.
