Hi, I am changing my review back to five stars because I am such an idiot and clearly cannot figure out my product and it always keeps frequently disconnecting from my Internet. We do have satellite Internet so I do think that is part of the problem so I got the first generation to see if I could fix it However, both my first and second generation hatch is frequently disconnect from my phone all the time however I do really like the product and how well it helps me sleep, but I really wish I could fix the connection issues, especially with the second generation hatch disconnecting from my Internet constantly Love the product wish it would stop disconnecting from my internet Hi, I am changing my review back to five stars because I am such an idiot and clearly cannot figure out my product and it always keeps frequently disconnecting from my Internet. I have an older model and wasn’t getting any new updates but was paying for hatch+. I REALLY love the alarm clock and is such a life saver when living in a loud home, so I didn’t want to get rid of it but still wanted some new features. I emailed them and asked if there was any way to fix this and they responded within 24 hours. Without hesitation they offered to upgrade my hatch since I have been a loyal hatch+ member for a while. I’m super grateful and am looking forward to using my new one. I say, if you have ANY problems, please reach out to them, I’m sure it will get fixed. The team is amazing!! The new stories that continue every night (Great Gatsby, Sleepy Hollow) are my favorites. Please do more like this! I look forward to seasonal content. My only request is it would be great if we could play our routines on our own device. I travel for work and I miss my routine when I’m away from home! Revising my review because they gave us some dynamic colors in the free version! I don’t plan to use the stories, although that’s a fun feature, this light makes a wake up light very customizable, helping us learn to stay in bed!
