We’ve been using this for our company for almost a year now and it has been a game changer. I love that I can see milestones on the calendar, be able to adjust hours easily, and give my teachers the ability to do the same to avoid back and forth regarding clock in situations. It’s been so nice to also have everything in one place with benefits and pay. We used a different services before Gusto and it’s truly leaps and bounds better. I can’t recommend Gusto enough! I have this through my employer and didnt even know it, didn’t know it did cash advances. Now I can ditch these other ones that just take your money and membership fees and screw you over. I got denied a credit card cause I had too many cash advances out and I did have too many cause I got in a situation where I needed them and once your stuck in the cycle it’s hard to break!!! Set up was easy, and one of the perks of this payroll company! I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner! Alright so I’ve been using this app for about 2 and a half months. The good: The app is pretty, the UI makes sense and is fairly simple to use. Pretty much it does the job and looks good doing it. I like the paycheck breakdown pie chart too. The bad: I do not understand why it takes so long for gusto to process payroll, my employer does their part on time every week and yet my pay is consistently delayed from Friday all the way to Tuesday! I’ve used intuit and there was never ever a delay. The app also takes a very long time to load and even just switch from the main screen to the clock in screen which is also frustrating.
