I got picked up at my hotel at around 5pm Bangkok time, and this driver took 2 hours to get me to BKK! First he went the wrong way, pretending he didn’t know what BKK airport meant. There are only two airports in Bangkok. And he played dumb AND STOPPED AT A HALF TANK FOR FUEL! I’m NEVER USING GRAB AGAIN. I’ve never had a problem with Uber or Lyft like this EVER!
