Google Voice: Free Phone Number

I’ve had no problems with this app, unlike other reviewers. I’ve used it for many years as a secondary number and it’s great that it works anywhere in the world when I need to call back to the States from overseas. I also use it quite often when I prefer not to give companies my primary mobile number. All the features and settings make this app indispensable, especially considering it’s free. I have been using Google voice for over 4 years now and I highly recommend it, especially using it as a second number. I use it to make international calls the only concern is that you can not use it to text international numbers but over all it’s highly effective. I went through a spell where I didn’t get much use of GV for years. When I worked in secondary education, I resurrected it to contact families. When my son needed a way to contact me on his tablet, I installed this app and pre authorized certain contacts. Never had a problem with hackers or spammers. Never had a technical issue.
