I found this app via a friend. I downloaded and just monitored. On 1/1/26 I was unknowingly charged $217.91 for a service I did not need. They claim they cannot refund as it is an apple function. The problem is theirs (Going). They are the ones responsible for the baited charge and then hide behind Apples "problem". It is not Apple who sets this app up to catch those unsuspecting trial users. I’ve only used the free trial but I’m pretty sure I’m just going to fully subscribe after this next trip. I already had a flight booked though southwest before finding this app, and during the free trial as I was exploring apps planning another trip, it alerted me that the price dropped on my previously booked flight! For a family of 4, that totaled $250 I was refunded by southwest! Super pumped - app is fantastic. Free trial saved me $250!
