We had the best day on this sailing excursion. The captain and crew were friendly, attentive, and kind. We had everything we needed to have the perfect day. Daanish was a great guide was very helpful in letting us know best places to view the falls and was very knowledgeable about the history of Niagara. Also pointed us out the best places to eat in Niagara. Even after tour was over I reached out with a few questions and he responded in a very timely manner. Purchased several day trips for our vacation in Ireland. After one bad day trip, we were able to get a refund very easily for.the next trip booked. They were also very helpful getting a refund for the botched trip. All of the trips were as described on the app and the notifications were helpful.
