I think it is a great app, if I could figure out how to get verified to even talk for my friend. I haven’t figured it out and I’ve already deposited money but I still can’t message him or talk to him without being verified. Being able to communicate with inmate is fine but the app is running a scam when it comes to buying time. There is one rate charge for online purchases and twice the charge to purchase via customer service which one is always forced to go to as the online purchase never works, you are directed to call customer service which takes forever to get to a person. I have sent a request to the Indiana Attorney General’s office to initiate an investigation of this group. The app is a great tool to communicate and stay connected to your loved ones incarcerated. My only hope is updates would be afforded often there has been an error for several weeks hanging out ever the message area. Otherwise it’s a great resource. Thanks for creating!! Grateful for it! While I was typing message a message popped up and I was unable to get to the bottom of it to cancel it . Also I was unable to send the message I was trying. Everything was blocked.
