GettingOut: Inmate Communication

While I was typing message a message popped up and I was unable to get to the bottom of it to cancel it . Also I was unable to send the message I was trying. Everything was blocked. It’s pretty easy to make deposits to yourself or your loved ones accounts, so I appreciate that. The messaging system works well no complaints. Also I like how you’re able to see when they’re active on their account so you can easily get in touch with them. My only issue is sometimes there are bugs that don’t allow me to make a deposit on the app, I have to go on the website but it’s fine they fixed it for now I just hope no more issues come up. I’ve been using this app for a while now and haven’t had any problems unless you type something it flags then it charges you and never sends the message to the person who you are corresponding with. I like the website though.
