About FreeStyle Libre 3 – US

The FreeStyle Libre 3 app offers advanced continuous **glucose monitoring** (CGM) to help manage your diabetes. Get real-time glucose readings updated every minute, five times faster than other CGMs. Optional alarms notify you immediately if your **glucose** levels are too high or too low, enabling prompt action. The app provides detailed reports, including time in range, to help you understand your **glucose trends** and patterns. It is compatible exclusively with FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors and requires a 60-minute warm-up upon sensor application. Ensure your smartphone is compatible by visiting the FreeStyle Libre website. To receive alarms, keep the sensor within 30 feet of your reading device and enable appropriate smartphone settings. The app uploads **glucose data** automatically to LibreView with internet connectivity. For support, contact FreeStyle Libre Customer Service directly. I. Love. This! My mom has diabetes and I had a feeling that I might be borderline pre-diabetic. I got the Freestyle Libre 3 Plus and downloaded this app. My average daily glucose at the start was around 103 and GMI (a1c equivalent) was 6.1 which is prediabetes. In the last three weeks I have lowered my average glucose to 89 and my gmi to 5.4. The food and drink that raises my blood sugar has been a shocker and this gives real time measurements. For example, four small oranges raised my blood sugar in 30 minutes to over 200 from 101. In the past, a small handful of freshly picked grapes raised it 20 points. Taking berberine and apple cider vinegar 30 minutes max before meals and eating a salad before the main dish helps my blood numbers. For example, only about 15 points were raised from a Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers restaurant cheeseburger with bun was eaten after a garden salad, no croutons, no fries/onion rings/tater tots, plus chia seeds in my water, no alcohol. A week later, same meal and had a mango cider drink and my blood sugar raised over 70 points. Without the salad and fiber, that number would have been higher. Alcohol is a killer. This device and app are adding a future healthy lived life for me by decades. Sooo grateful that I learned about this device to prevent diabetes and the collateral damage that would have come from that.🙏🏼 Have to mention that customer service is top notch! Hi, I’m a Libre 3 user and I’d like to share a small feature request that would really help with daily tracking. Sometimes I’m unable to log meals, insulin, or symptoms in real time, and I’ve noticed the Libre 3 app doesn’t allow me to adjust the time when entering events retroactively. This makes it difficult to keep accurate records for personal use and for my doctor. I’ve written a short letter explaining the request in more detail. Is there an email or team I can send this to? I’d love for it to be considered in a future update. Thank you for your time and the work you’re doing for the diabetes community. –Thanks Suggestions Hi, I’m a Libre 3 user and I’d like to share a small feature request that would really help with daily tracking.Sometimes I’m unable to log meals, insulin, or symptoms in real time, and I’ve noticed the Libre 3 app doesn’t allow me to adjust the time when entering events retroactively. Excellent app. I’m able to keep better track of my hypoglycemia. It would be great if I could see it on my watch. Excellent App Excellent app. I’m able to keep better track of my hypoglycemia. It would be great if I could see it on my watch.
