Recently I’ve run into some financial issues and forgot about my upcoming renewal and this was compounded by the fact I was mainly utilizing the university account for my access and not my personal account. Well the huge charge hit my account and I messaged the ForeFlight team and they responded within the hour and even more surprisingly refunded the full amount which I could ill afford as a student right now.
