Comprehensive and very convenience app that contains a better layout than I'd expected or have previously had with other health systems. Forgetfulness is beginning to be a problem for me so, one of the features I use most often is my upcoming appointments. Not only can I check this but there are convenient links to those provider’s address for GPS, which I use, their phone numbers which I also use as well as their bio/about them which I am thankful to have without looking elsewhere. I love the transparency this app offers in that with a quick login, I can view my laboratory results and the graphs of what it has been over time as well as other diagnostic tests. Another feature that I believe is helpful is looking at my past visit summaries, blood pressure and other vital signs and my weight at each visit a well as those values over time as well as the visit summaries. The messages on the app are informative and easy to locate as you're alerted if you have unread messages and how many right away when you log on. This is easy to navigate without all the unnecessary tabs or pop ups. I use this message section as well to send questions to my PCP or other Providers he has referred me to within HMG. I almost always get a timely response from the Provider’s nurse unless the response is from the Provider themselves! HMG's app keeps me in touch with my personal health and wellness plan that I feel my Providers have partnered with me to create. I’m driving this vehicle with my PCP in the passenger seat navigating. All of the amazing nurses, ancillary staff, front desk, (lab, radiology, etc) fill the several rows of seats behind me and ALL of those who are unseen such as billing, adm. environmental svcs, students, case mgrs and more are the best pit crew around! HMG keeps me and my health moving forward in a positive direction. Finally, I actually feel connected to my care . I truly do feel as if I am a part of the team that oversees my own health.
