I can’t find where to cancel premium subscription. Ok app but I can’t find where to cancel premium subscription.
This app has brought awareness to several key factors related to my health that I was just not aware of. For example, I would go to sleep at a relatively decent hour and wake up 8+ hours later only to feel exhausted and unrested. I couldn’t understand why if I was getting plenty of sleep. Well after using the Fitbit app paired with my watch, I discovered that I was not really getting the amount of sleep I thought I was. The app tracked my sleep levels and my percentage of restlessness throughout the night and I was spending more time in that stage and very little in my REM sleep stage. I was able to do a little digging and found that adding magnesium to my supplements could help increase the quality of my sleep! These are things I would not have known without this small yet powerful tool. Fitbit has been nothing short of amazing and helpful. This is bringing awareness into areas that needed awareness and attention! So thankful for Fitbit app! Great Health insight!
