Firehouse Subs: Food Ordering

The subs at Firehouse Subs are absolutely delicious and always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. I keep coming back because the food is consistently great. However, the app leaves a lot to be desired. It really needs improvement. I usually order the same thing, but the app doesn’t save my past orders or favorites, which is really frustrating. Every time I want to place an order, I have to manually go through the whole menu again to pick what I want. A simple re-order or “favorite items” feature would make the experience so much smoother. (Update! They fixed it! Good food, five stars) This app is pissing me off. I’m ordering a combo for pick up which totaled out to five dollars and 40 something cents. I go to buy it and I look at the total and it’s telling me I would owe $15 where the heck did the extra 10 come from?! I made no changes to my sub or combo It keeps trying to charge me an extra $10 (Update! They fixed it! Good food, five stars) This app is pissing me off.
