I find their investment advice thru the Wealth Management Advisor Team, their relevant and frequent Webinars, and my personal Wealth Advisor Ray, to be spot on. I love all of the apps Fidi provides; they are convenient and uncomplicated. If you are a 401k holder and your employer was nice enough to sign you up through Fidi then you’ve a real advantage with all of the resources that the apps offer. I manage my own private portfolio with this one and truthfully, I am not impressed with index fund that Fidelity has chosen but this is a employee contribution group 401k plan; so, I suppose that I can’t do much if I want the employer match. Still recommend this app for people who have access though. The bankers at Fidelity are super helpful, courteous and professional. They are always available or responded quickly when we have questions or concerns. The complaints I’ve heard are that if account holders don’t carry a threshold balance then the individual support is not available. I’m not sure about this one because the Fidi bankers have always helped with issues when we’ve had them. Fidi and the app have definitely been worth the time and effort, so far.
