I’m now, fully retired, from both a U.S. Navy career and a career as a U.S. Fish&Wildlife Service Refuge Manager and Law Enforcement Officer. In my last decades, I spent as a full time LEO, and my agency’s a Regional Emergency Mgt Coordinator. I mirrored our response team after FEMA models, that eased our response to assist (i.e. post hurricane, post 9/12, etc) and seamlessly integrate with FEMA-led ops. I’ve seen too many situations where FEMA had yet to ‘stand up’ and state-led responses were a ‘goat rope’ operation. I like this app….now fully retired , so far, I’ve been impressed !!!
