The set up to drop packages off at my Walgreens is very organized with a knowledgeable employee that has high customer service skills and very efficient at scanning in my package giving me my text receipts and tells me approximately when pick up will be. Tracking is effective and delivery is within the estimated time , unless severe weather . Great job always put my packages were the rain won’t get on them and I’m the first one was handed to me in my hand with a nice smile asking if my name was Sandra and told him yes I’ve been waiting for you and so glad I was able to receive this one in the morning also told him I was think you will be seeing more of me cause still waiting on a few more packages and he laughed and said no problem happy 2026 and I said thank you like wise it was a very great surprise especially warn some people are not morning people so tend to be rude but he was super nice thank you FedEx for all my deliveries this year great Job !!!!! Never any Questions or Doubt about the status of our FedEx Deliveries after downloading the FedEx APP!! Takes all the guesswork out of when and where our FedEx Deliveries are located on their route to our front door!! We also have the ability to sign for packages if we’re not to be home at the time of a FedEx scheduled delivery!! How cool is that!? I am unable to find anything other than great things to say about this FedEx App!! I recommend and highly suggest that you download this app right away!! No Miss, No Fuss!
