We used Factor a while back and left because we didn’t feel there were enough options and it was getting pricey. After recognizing that we had been eating really unbalanced meals and gaining weight despite eating only one meal a day, we decided to come back. My husband and I are in our 60s and work nonstop. Meals are always on the go and typically not very nutritious. Too tired to cook or shop. We are liking the updated menu and have budgeted for our meals . We are more portion controlled and learning to add a salad with our dinners to fill up. Fruit and protein shakes keep us satisfied throughout the day and keep us within our budget both calorically and financially. It is expensive. But so is ever these days. First all the food is delicious many options too choose from depending on your diet plan! And the customer service is so helpful as well. 10/10 I recommend without a doubt!! Every meal I’ve eaten so far in my first week is nothing shy of EXQUISITE. They put to shame the competition as far as I’m concerned.
