After getting a new phone and changing my Apple ID due to “reasons” I tried several times to restore my account with FaceApp and even with several emails to support for assistance they would not restore my yearly purchase of the app. I loved using it. My husband and I used it all the time. It was beginning to have some glitches and not responding to well. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times as suggested and again would contact support just to hear again uninstall again and reinstall again after that send screenshots. Ok well never gave me that option. So now I’m here after loving this app for a few years now, “heavy sigh” I’ll have to delete it. I hope developers will read this. It’s to bad your losing a client over bad support. I have to say this tho IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH HAVINT TO CHANGE YOUR APPLE ID OR EMAIL THAT YOU SIGNED UP AND PAID YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION FOR, please don’t you’ll lose your money. They will not restore your purchase!!!! I’m here to update my review…. I changed my ID’s and got the yearly 60$ bucks. Yikes! Quite the jump from the 20$ a year I was paying… Anyway after playing around with the app, it’s not to bad. I’m going to purchase again . Have some issues with the edits but I’m just not going to use the few that don’t work for us. Thanks FaceApp. Looking forward to hopefully seeing you come up with some new ideas.
