The room, amenities, and food are all objectively five star. Extraordinary. But the service — and genuine kindness shown our toddler — puts Eden Roc in a class of its own. I was in town staying because my dad was on hospice. I had to switch reservation dates and only rent daily instead of 2 days as planned. They was so incredibly helpful and not charging me cancellation fees. The hotel was very clean smelled good.
