Is it a little pay to win sure, what mobile game isn’t these days. What I wanted to focus on was my recent interactions with their customer support team. I made the mistake of scrapping 30 fragments of hero armor on accident. I reached out to support the same day to see if there was anything they could do and through a series of conversations and a little over a month they were able to return them to me. While it took a minute it worked out in the end and I appreciate that. You just need to be consistent as I’m sure their support team gets bombarded with all sorts of request. I’ve been playing a little over a year and I must say that this is the best war game I’ve ever played. I’ve grown and learned so much and there’s always something to keep you busy. From a lvl1 to a lvl 39 & 5.9B in power I’m happy how far I’ve come and love the alliance I am & our server.
