Hello, there was an update to the game and the update was completed and I entered the game, but the next day I tried to enter but I could not. Please help. I have been playing this game for about 14 months. I started out small and figured the strategy out and eventually became an R5 for the 2nd best alliance in our server. Many people spend money on this game to grow quick and fast but I took the no money route, which is slow and hard but a great way to learn. I’ve played everyday since starting. Strategy has to be figured out or by older players dropping knowledge. A lot can also be found online. Addictive Game I have been playing this game for about 14 months. Envoy I need answers. Before the merge I was VISCOUNT after the merge I’m back BARON. Before the merge I had 6 sub cities after the merge I have 5 sub cities. I’ve taken the proper steps to get this resolved you guys have been un cooperative and this is unacceptable customer service. The message before the merge clearly states that all sub cities and scores would remain the same. I see I’m not the only one complaining about this. I clearly earned/paid my fare share in this game to not just have it snatched away. I’ve reached out in the app to only get one message then closing conversation. Then I reached out via email which I received the same response in app then I attached photos and gave statement of incident no response. After that I left a review which I tried to avoid to only learn that more people are experiencing the same issue.
