I have ADHD through the roof. And it’s harder to manage my ADHD if I am under stress. This app helps with exercising focus and attention. I use this along with medication and I exercise. I’m not perfect. I’m trying. I have ADHD like I said so I go strong and then I fall off and then I pick it back up again and I see a difference. I’m a musician. Endel has replaced listening (when not practicing) It calms me and prepares me for whatever event I’ll be participating in. After: I surprise myself of how much I was able to accomplish. This app enables me to stay on top of my tasks and keeps me sharp when achieving them. And if you’re like me you probably also get an endless stream of ads for apps claiming they will help you focus/be more productive/be more calm. The problem with most of them is that they try to make things simpler by making them more complicated. Endel only does one thing, and it does it incredibly well, while asking very little of the user in return. The soundscapes that are available are peaceful, varied and full bodied, and the options to customize the experience are vast, but not required. I highly recommend it for anyone with ADHD or anyone who just needs a bit of sound to quiet their own mind. It does what you’re hoping it will.
