… except your app and website don’t function (literally don’t load or I get an error message) when I am using a VPN — which is designed to make browsing more secure so forcing me to log off VPN to use your app and website is annoying. All other websites and apps work fine on VPN. Even changed my VPN to see if it was specific to the VPN service I had and your app and site don’t work on the new VPN either. Please fix or tell me how to fix.
