Really frustrating how door dash customer service hangs up with out saying anything after you let them know your following all steps to try and resolve the app crashing they need to stop using AI and have real people fix the app problems such as crashing out unexpectedly this only started happening these last two days 7/30/25-8/3/25 like how am I supposed to earn money when the app keeps crashing out saying “something is wrong” App keeps crashing after new update Really frustrating how door dash customer service hangs up with out saying anything after you let them know your following all steps to try and resolve the app crashing they need to stop using AI and have real people fix the app problems such as crashing out unexpectedly this only started happening these last two days 7/30/25-8/3/25 like how am I supposed to earn money when the app keeps crashing out saying “something is wrong”
There is an issue with the on-time rate calculation. Previously, it was working fine, but after the version released on June 25, 2025, the on-time rate calculation module started showing problems. If a merchant provides the order late, the app updates the delivery time by adding some buffer, and the Dasher also reports this through the self-help option link. However, the order is still marked as late even if the Dasher delivers it before the updated delivery time. It seems the developers are comparing the actual delivery time with the initial assigned delivery time (set when the order was accepted), rather than the updated delivery time. This could be causing the incorrect on-time rate. I have over 11 years of experience in API development, Python, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, jQuery, and RPA development, so I was able to identify this issue." My only two complaints is when I tried to use this for in store purchases it would double the transaction onto my debt card and through my dasher card making me pay double So now I only use it as a gas card My second is a recommendation that they could allow you to add an opening and closing message in your profile instead of you having to constantly copy and paste with new customers It needs some work My only two complaints is when I tried to use this for in store purchases it would double the transaction onto my debt card and through my dasher card making me pay double So now I only use it as a gas card My second is a recommendation that they could allow you to add an opening and closing message in your profile instead of you having to constantly copy and paste with new customers
