I’ve been trying to use this dasher app for almost a year now and it won’t let me continue with the sign up process because awhile back I tried to sign up but the ID I had at the time was expired. I now have a new ID card and would like to continue the sign up process so I can start making money. I have tried countless of times trying to contact support because everything on the app and verification has been giving me trouble and they refuse to help whatsoever and when i was finally connected with an agent and they were trying to help me with my issue they kicked me off the app and then when i went back in it said my account was deactivated for absolutely zero reason, I might even have to go to higher ups to handle this issue because not only are they not helping this issue and completely ignoring everything but it also has all types of my information on it and I cant access any of it. If i could give 0 stars I would. Now I have taken down my review and now I’m writing a better review just so they can give me dashes because all my last review they stopped giving me DoorDash and now they’re not even letting me schedule dashes. every time they release a new update it kicks me off doordash for over a week because of “technical issues” I think it’s discrimination against my acceptance rate, which is 20% because I don’t work for free! I use this to supplement my income and pay bills, which I have due tomorrow! And I’ve been kicked off for 4 hours now, which has been busy the whole time and prime time to dash. I wish I could give 0 stars, but I want my review to be read.
