As a long-term paying customer of DirecTV, I have consistently appreciated the range of services and offers they provide. Over the years, I’ve discovered that they have an extensive selection of programming options available at affordable prices, making it easy to find a package that fits my viewing preferences and budget. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, I always make it a point to reach out to a representative I'm comfortable speaking with. I’ve found that the customer service team is more than willing to help and provide guidance, ensuring that I get the most out of my subscription. We love streaming our Direct TV and at “over 55” we have been able to figure out the interface easily. The only cause for 4 stars instead of 5 is the recording mishaps. When a sporting event moves channels it shows it’s recording both but might miss one. And often sporting events fail to Auto Extend as advertise and we miss an ending.
