I was tight on finances, and my birthday was next day. Dave spotted me 50$, same day with a digital card for immediate use. They use Plaid to connect your bank which made the process super quick. I’m pretty happy with them. They’re the one of the only apps that are actually easy to use and provide some real help. This app has been saving my butt more times that i can count. Whoever came up with this idea is so genius. I will continue to use until i stop living paycheck to paycheck. I used to rely on this app for borrowing, but now it’s too expensive. To borrow $50, you have to take two $25 loans, each with a $5 fee—so you end up paying back $60. They also removed the charity option, which makes me question if it was ever real. They now take repayment before payday, and customer service is slow. I switched to Cash App instead—it lets you borrow up to $100 and gives you up to a month to pay it back. Way more flexible and fair.
