I just wrote this terrific review and I don’t think it was delivered to you. So here goes again but shorter for 41 years we have trusted the pharmacy with ALL our meds . The store manager I always forget her name but has lots of tattoos is awesome angering kids and the older woman who run the register are the best and should be honored with recognition. I don’t care if the store is never remodeled but please honor the most committed pharmacy and store people because they deserve it . If I ever have or had a problem it is ALWAYS resolved ! This has been my go-to way to manage my CVS prescriptions for years. I was very excited by the addition of the financial summary which shows how much you’ve spent YTD. But…there doesn’t appear to be any way to export this data for tax purposes. Please consider adding this feature. It will be most helpful for folks like me who are able to claim medical expenses. The lack of handicapped parking and carts is difficult if you have any problems. I never thought that I would write anything negative about CVS Pharmacy because everyone who works there is nice. I’m having breathing problems and need to pick up Prednisone but the 2 handicapped spaces were taken and there was no spaces (even halfway decent) that I could park in . I know that there generally isn’t a problem picking up my steroids but after circling 10 minuetes, it wasn’t my day. I then went into deliver prescriptions at home…but the first thing that came up was a prescription that I couldn’t have delivered. It then took another 30 minutes for me to get the 3 normal prescriptions to be delivered. The reason I mentioned they need more carts is that since the pharmacy is about as far as possible from the entrance…I need help of some kind to get to the pharmacist. I don’t think you want me collapsing in the store…but that’s how I feel when I walk in and can’t walk to the pharmacy.o. Again, Armin and everyone who works in the pharmacy are wonderful. The app is great. The store is the absolute worst at getting things right and a lady by the name of Katherine was so rude and condescending to me yesterday I am thinking of changing store after 25 years. I really like the CVS Health app. It is very convenient and user friendly. However, I think one addition would reduce a lot of customer frustration: When one chooses a CVS pharmacy location for prescription medication service, the app should tell the person upfront if they’ve chosen a CVS pharmacy that is closed / not open on holidays. Not all CVS pharmacy locations are open on holidays, and I found this out at a VERY bad time. Some people take medications so critically important, if they don’t have them, they could die. I’m honestly not trying to over exaggerate or cause alarm, I just think it’s important to clearly inform people when they choose a CVS pharmacy location that’s closed on holidays.
