My only critique is too add a points system similar to a place like McDonald’s, Starbucks, etc. I think it would bring more customers and more purchases. Based on the reviews I was expecting a horrible experience. It was fine. No different than any other app I use. Ordering was easy and paying with Apple Pay was seamless. Food was ready as soon as I walked up to the counter. I’ll use the app from now on to avoid their long lines. App is great Based on the reviews I was expecting a horrible experience. It was fine. Not sure what the 2.7-star crowd is smoking, but the Culver’s app is criminally underrated. This thing is smooth, fast, and easy on the eyes—everything a fast food app should be. The interface is intuitive, ordering is seamless, and it even makes finding the flavor of the day stupid simple. Honestly puts most of the big-name fast food apps to shame (looking at you, McDonald’s and Wendy’s). I’ve never had it crash, glitch, or make me question why I downloaded it. If you love Culver’s, this app is a no-brainer. Ignore the low rating—this is a 6/5 experience.
