Error when setting up machine. OK, so I had to uninstall and reinstall the app in order for the machine to be recognized. Fingers crossed it’s smooth sailing from here. This has been a fine app until now. I’ve been paying even when I don’t use it for months at a time. But now it’s not working at all. The update is installed but it thinks I need to setup my machine except the second step doesn’t list any machines. I try to use the canvas and nothing works. For what I’ve paid for over the years, I expect this app and design space to work. Update: I was able to figure out how to fix this problem and get my machine working.
