I was skeptical about using a timer app but I gave it a try anyways once my contractions were strong and consistent. I timed about 4 of them and it told me to go to the hospital. Stubborn as I am I told myself I’m not going unless it tells me again so I cleared/reset the timer and begin timing once again once I felt a contraction. Sure enough it told me to go again, so I did. 7 hours later I was pushing lol. Glad I listened. This app was so helpful for me during my pregnancy! I had a lot of Braxton-Hicks contractions and false labor. It was sometimes difficult to know when to be concerned or not and this app was an amazingly helpful tool! It also told me when I was really in labor that I needed to go to the hospital. Of course, I wouldn’t recommend basing all decisions on a single app, but I highly recommend using this app to help track contractions!
