So first off let me begin by saying if you’re a first time user of Garmin Watches the bar and standard are constantly improving with each consistent iteration of watch/generation AND! software update(s) even for prior generations of watches. The User Interface (UI) is rich and beautiful without being overly clunky or bloated with unnecessary features and extra taps/scrolls that bog down your experience. The snapshots and the summaries are all relatively concise and cleanly presented. While I’m an Apple user for all things EXCEPT their watch, I am most pleasantly surprised and pleased with my decision to purchase the Garmin TACTIX line of watches, especially the AMOLED editions! If you are on the fence about purchasing a smartwatch and the daunting overwhelming features usually forced down your throat you cannot go wrong with choosing Garmin for its simplicity AND enduring battery life that doesn’t tether you to an outlet like most things “smart” or Apple. My only suggestion, when editing watch faces that a preview be available instead of saving it then looking at the watch and then re-editing it because it didn’t look right. But overall love the app for my watch.
