This app has changed my life for the better. I do not know how I would have found connections in nyc without it; it was how I built my network, found roommates, and built my social circle here. It’s so refreshing to find a social media platform that brings people together instead of keeping them isolated. Really grateful to the builders of this app! Finally got into the app, and was able to attend one of the meetups. Had a great time and got to connect with many cool individuals. I will say tho the app itself suffers from some technical flaws which could use some patching. Such as a forcing an rsvp to an event when a user joins a group before letting them speak in the chat. It also just has some really weird glitches sometimes and lacks some intuitiveness within the profile section of the app. I’m sure with time the app can get better and as is, it’s already a great way for people who have a hard time getting themselves out there to connect with new like minded people.
