My husband works in the field of AI and recommended Claude by Anthropic over other brands. I’m so glad he did! Claude is easy to use and can even give advice from a photograph. This model is substantially better than ChatGPT in my opinion. This model retains context. It doesn’t hallucinate and ChatGPT ever since the last few updates seems to give an OK response at first but then if you need refining or you need the idea to be built on it really fumbles, and I found through a lot of intensive use of Claude that it doesn’t do that it. It will actually update the idea or the document that you’re working on and the update will be useful, and won’t start previous iterations of the work you are doing. I would strongly encourage Claude not to adopt the same approaches to gutting or whatever it is that Chat GPT has done because Claude is actually a really good product. I don’t mean goodbye to Google the company I mean goodbye to Google as a verb meaning “to search the web.” I am an old guy usually stuck in my ways. However, I’m starting to love using AI as a search engine. Instead of getting back to me with 10 (or 100,000!) links, it synthesized them for me. Of course it may be incomplete. You don’t know what you don’t know. However, this old dog is learning a new trick. Goodbye Google?
