I use the Citibank app all the time. If anyone in my family can’t find their card, I lock it immediately. And during that time. I can open the card up for a minute if someone else needs to use it with their card. I also use the feature for alerts. I have Citibank send notification for every transaction to my text message. So I have actively caught a few scandals. And immediately locked my card to prevent more illegal transactions. The only issue I have with Citibank is there Fraud Department, when you call for an emergency, you get caught up online or going through prompts. Often, I am driving hands-free. Plus, it takes way too long to get to a person. And since we navigate most of our support ourselves, they should have one line with a direct dial to fraud department. Citi bank has always been there when I needed a hand . My wife passed alway and other banks wouldn’t help me out, Citi gave me a chance . And for that I will never forget. I Love The App, The Tools And Features. However I Do NOT Like The Frequent Updates. It’s Literally Becoming 3 Mandatory Updates A Month. It Should At Least Be Optional.
