Chewy’s customer service won me over. They’ve always been on time with great products, but when my dog died and they responded with kindness (and flowers!), I was hooked. I had just purchased a giant bag of food and they refunded my money if I donated to the local shelter. (Which I did happily) Chewy has been amazing. Chewy is my go-to for all pet related items. Basically the title. There are very few things that I couldn’t find here and a lot of stuff I could get cheaper than if I shopped in person. The app itself isn’t bad to use as well. Chewy has such compassion for our fur babies, I lost my Ollie 8 months ago, and I had to tell the Chewy team as they are very personal with us.
