I never leave reviews. This is the first one I’ve ever felt to the need to do. I have had to call charge points customer support on three occasions. Always due to a mistake or misunderstanding on my end never on theirs but every time I’ve called, no matter the time of the call, the hold time has been less than 5 mins and the individuals that have assisted me have been some of the most friendly and helpful agents I’ve ever dealt with. Updated review: called customer service and they were excellent. Pushed an update to the charger. Now can control amperage. My only tiny gripe would be no ability to perform the update / requires contacting ChargePoint. Previous review: Using the home flex charger, it is nothing like its name. Completely inflexible. Cannot dial down the amperage via the app to meet home solar output, or to slow down charging. This should be called home in flexible.
