I had received from all over Continental USA. Utah, New York, Georgia, Texas... but their rates 38% and non had a program of savings above 0.03% which actually means that for someone to get $5.00 discount coupon they'd to purchase much more than three months of groceries. I had used it and I already have discounts similar to AARP and Platinum Credit Cards like jetBlue's. It may not mean much for younger Americans, but once you become 65+, you will have to spend time searching for COUPONS to "make ends meet!" Thank you CAPITAL ONE!!!
