I’ve gone through countless ‘free’ weight and food tracking apps but none of them actually offer anything for free, this is the rare exception to that. Without having to pay, it does so much more than any other app ive encountered. It also, FOR FREE, sets personalized goals based on your specific height, weight, age, activity, etc., instead of forcing you into the standard 2000 cal a day goal. Another incredibly nice addition with this app is that it can auto connect to smart watches, including apple ones, which I’ve had problems with when using other apps in the past, and once it’s connected you can set it to auto transfer all of your exercise, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, and virtually everything. Overall this app is absolutely incredible, and the best pert is that you don’t have to spend money to make your own foods, which brings me to another thing. If you go to scan a food and it isn’t in the database, you can take pictures and it will auto import the nutrition label and food name and you can opt to receive an email once the food has been formally added into the database, which i love. I would rate 10 stars out of 5 if I could!!!!! For elderly people (81) this app logs meals and snacks with all vitamins, minerals, fats, carbs, proteins, fibre, and inform you if your food intake is balanced or too much or too little of needed nourishment. QR code or barcode on packages add all info into the app instantly. Database far greater than any other app. Easy to adjust amount eaten. Best app for all nutrients.
