This is how calls will be placed in the future as wireless access becomes ubiquitous. Sorry Verizon/Sprint/AT&T oligopoly/cartel :( Solid This is how calls will be placed in the future as wireless access becomes ubiquitous. Sorry Verizon/Sprint/AT&T oligopoly/cartel :(

You see, I found this app a long time ago back in like 2014 when it cost way way more than it currently does now! Back then u had to pay an extra amount if you wanted to be able to receive texts on the line that you picked or if you wanted the line to be capable of receiving MMS messages at all. I’m pretty sure the back then you had to pay a certain amount when you downloaded the app then on top of that you had to purchase credits Everything that you wanted From minutes available for time frame, length of time the number would or could exist if u chose not to burn it, a certain amount per text message and even more than that for MMS- so it was vastly more expensive. If I remember correctly, it was also necessary to purchase each individual line and pick up capabilities. You also had to purchase the ability to burn and go through multiple numbers in certain periods of time. Some of these things still have to be purchased, but on the most part, they are part of the plan when you buy it with the premium monthly or yearly plan. All the extra in app purchases, thankfully, seem to no longer be really necessary- not as far as I see so far. Admittedly, I just ended my free three day trial of the premium and so I’ll get back with you if I need to change my rating due to the fact that somehow it becomes more expensive than the $14.99/month for premium that I’ve chosen to pay. If it would start to cost anything more than this, then I might feel like I’m being jipped. Back in the day you literally had to purchase minutes with credits which were way more expensive than the base price you pay these days -and hey, if you choose yearly, it’s only $9.99 a month but that is to be paid up front all at one time on a yearly basis, so some people may got it like that, but some people just don’t. And to be clear that price is for the premium which includes the awesome VPN service plus a load of other features. There’s always the standard version you can choose and I do believe that these might be free or at least substantially less pricey. I’m not sure, but I’m positive if u read the entire describe about it available in the App Store, it will explain. And the VPN- the VPN is fantastic. Love being able to sit here at my home somewhere in Texas and be able to choose any other country in the world for my IP address to look like it’s coming from & all while my number is completely anonymous and if anyone I don’t want to know my this # finds it out, I can just press the burn button and “POOF!” It’s like it never existed and I have my own private voicemail for each # created as well. It comes with it. All this is better than a regular phone even if you’re only just thinking about the fact that there’s so much electronic junk and wasted rare earth metals inside of our devices to get thrown into the trash heap and the dump on the daily. So when you buy this app, you’re helping to not further pollute our world. In fact it is my recommendation that everyone at least try this for the first three days and as long as you cancel it 24hours before the subscription start date, there’s no cost & no financial harm done. Do you like it? Keep it. If not, remember to cancel it and you got to have something really cool for three days, right? Go to your play store & download it now. That’s my advice… since you asked for it. Good job to the development team! I don’t know if the app has been purchased by a new company or if this is still the original owners because long time ago when I first found it it was also accessible via the web at a site called www.burner.me.com, but as I tried to look that up in my browser the other day, I found it for sale on Go Daddy. So, that being said, if you’re new owners, good for you & nice to have u running the show, but if you’re the same people that developed the website & app back in the gap, plz get the website up & running so that there is one less entity involved to keep things more anonymous. If you sold your site to GoDaddy or if you’re thinking of selling it to someone else who might be looking to purchase, DON’T DO IT!!! Why let someone else purchase ur creation? Take that back before someone else gets ahold of that domain & they’re completely different or possibly quite similar business model to yours, takes this opportunity to steal $$$ from you that should be yours bc you are the website they’re looking for when they type burner.me into their web browser. Just sayin…. Loving the VPN especially, burnable & anonymous 2nd # for text & voice isn’t bad either!
